Afghanistan Obama's Vietnam?

Barack Obama has pledged to increase US troop levels in Afghanistan. The Taliban have adapted guerrilla warfare. Will Afghanistan be Obama's Vietnam?

A report by an independent think tank claims the West is at risk of losing the war in Afghanistan. CNN's Phil Black reports:

Mullah Mohamad Rasul, a Taliban leader who survived the US military operation in Afghanistan in 2001, meets Al Jazeera in the tribal regions between Afghanistan and Pakistan.

He says that the Taliban are getting ready for a new battle, and that boosting US forces in Afghanistan will only lead to more bloodshed.

Teresa Bo reports.
